With over 30 years of experience, I support high-performing professionals, business leaders, and families seeking discreet, expert psychological care.

My approach is compassionate and tailored, drawing on CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other therapies to meet individual needs.

I also hold an MSc in Nutrition, Food Science & Health, as well as an MBA, reflecting both my wider interest in wellbeing and my understanding of the demands faced by professionals.

Yes. I provide independent psychological assessments and expert reports for a wide range of legal proceedings. These are comprehensive, clear, and designed to meet the requirements of courts, solicitors, and other legal professionals.

I primarily work online from London, Manchester and Dublin.

Yes, I accept most major health insurance providers except AXA. Clients may also self-fund their sessions. Please check with your insurer to confirm coverage before booking.

I aim to offer appointments with minimal waiting times. Daytime, evening, and some weekend sessions are available. In most cases, you won’t have to wait longer than a week or two to be seen.
